APPLICATION SUBMISSION: Applicant agrees to submit current information above and provide updates within five (5) business days of any change to ambassador@aesindianarebates.com. Implementer will review the application and email Applicant to confirm approval to participate in the Program. Implementer may accept or deny an Applicant for any reason.
PARTICIPATION AND CONDUCT: Upon approval of this application, Applicant agrees to attend an Ambassador program orientation and meet with Implementer on an annual basis. Applicant also agrees to disseminate Program information provided by Implementer to their clients and to provide only accurate Program Information. Applicant agrees to represent AES Indiana in a manner that does not adversely affect AES Indiana’s business, operations, reputation, and/or goodwill.
PRIVACY POLICY: Applicant acknowledges AES Indiana’s privacy policy.
TERMINATION: Participation in the Program is voluntary and Ambassador, Implementer, and AES Indiana may termination Ambassador’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason.
CONFIDENTIALITY: By participating in the Program, Applicant will have access to Confidential Information (as defined below). Applicant will not use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than as needed to perform Applicant’s obligations in connection with the Program and will not share such Confidential Information with any third party.
The term “Confidential Information” means all customer data collected in connection with the Program and all information and materials relating to AES Indiana or Implementer’s business, in whatever form or medium, disclosed to or received by Applicant, whether or not specifically marked or otherwise identified as “Confidential” or “Proprietary.”
INDEMNIFICATION: TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, APPLICANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AES INDIANA AND IMPLEMENTER AGAINST ALL LOSS, DAMAGES, COSTS AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO APPLICANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. NEITHER APPLICANT, AES INDIANA OR IMPLEMENTER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATED TO THIS APPLICATION OR THE PROGRAM.
